Private Sound Bath

Service Description

Sound baths use vibration to activate the parasympathetic nervous system as a way to gently relax the body, calm the mind and restore vitality. ​ Each session includes 15 minutes of pre/post discussion to discover how you are feeing / focus areas / goals / ask questions / etc.​ ​ We begin the session with a guided mindfulness meditation and brainwave tuning forks to help you drop into a meditative state. I will then begin intuitively playing the crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments as you rest and melt away any stress, tension or discomfort. During the session, you will be resting comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, with props to support deeper relaxation like a pillow, weighted blanket and bolster under the knees. Depending on your preference, I may also utilize crystals, aromatherapy and/or a heating pad to enhance your experience.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please get in touch with Danielle a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at 814-882-2109 or iam.daniellemariek@gmail.com Clients who change or cancel their scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance may reschedule with no fee. In fairness to all clients and staff, failure to attend an appointment without a 24-hour notice will result in full payment for missed session and no refunds for payments in advance. Emergency cancellations and changes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Danielle as soon as possible to discuss.
