Sound healing uses vibration to activate the parasympathetic nervous system as a way to gently relax the body, calm the mind, and restore vitality.


A sound bath is a fully immersive meditative experience that uses specific frequencies to guide you into a state of deep relaxation using a phenomenon known as brain synchronization. Sound baths help to reduce anxiety, stress and help us regulate our nervous system so that we can feel more peaceful and at ease.

What can I expect at a sound bath?

During a soundbath, participants are invited to lie down or sit in a comfortable position, while the practitioner guides participants through a mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises and plays a variety of sacred instruments ranging from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks and more! The goal is to use curated sounds to create a relaxing, meditative experience for participants to cultivate a sense of inner calm, connection and harmony.
